Original Work
During the pandemic, writing helped me through the intense confinement of the quarantine.
Here are some projects that emerged.
“Stuck in Ecdysis”
An award-winning, horror short film that taught me some of my first lessons in filmmaking and writing. The film plays with the familiar and off-putting world of Film Noir; a style that felt fitting for a quarantine.
Simply put, this is my first movie.
“Macbeth III.i”
A Shakespearean short film. While heightened text can be challenging cinematically, I enjoyed messing around with stock footage and reflections to help build the tortured world around the King of Scotland.
